Certified Translation

Certification requirements are specific to North American and Asian countries and there are certifications for both translators and interpreters.  A certified translation is required for many things, predominantly where the area is regulated by a government.  A certified interpreter is required in areas such as the law.

In Canada for example, the certification requirements are down to the provincial level.
